The surface of the aluminized zinc plate is characterized by smooth, flat and gorgeous star flowers, and the primary color is silver-white. The special coating structure makes it have excellent corrosion resistance. The normal service life of aluminized zinc plate can reach 25a, the heat resistance is very good, can be used in 315℃ high temperature environment; The adhesion between the coating and the paint film is good, and it has good processing properties, which can be pressed, cut, welding, etc. The surface conductivity is very good.

The composition of the coating is composed of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon by weight ratio. The production process of aluminum-zinc plated steel plate is similar to that of galvanized steel plate and aluminum-plated plate in that it is a continuous melting plating process. The aluminum plated zinc steel plate with 55% aluminum zinc alloy coating has better corrosion resistance than the galvanized steel plate with the same thickness when both sides are exposed to the same environment. Selection of aluminized zinc plate

Since the steel plate will be oxidized and rusted when it is exposed to moisture, it is necessary to add an anti-corrosion protective layer on the surface. Generally, the anti-corrosion coating is divided into hot-dip galvanized Zn and hot-dip galvanized Al-Zn (aluminum-zinc alloy composition is 55% aluminum) , 43.5% zinc and 1.5% silicon, referred to as 55%Al-Zn). The surface coating of the galvanized sheet is composed of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc and a small amount of other elements. Microscopically, the surface of the galvanized coating is a honeycomb structure, and the “honeycomb” composed of aluminum contains zinc. In this case, although the aluminum-zinc coating also plays the role of anodic protection, on the one hand, due to the reduction of zinc content, on the other hand, the effect of anodic protection is greatly reduced because the zinc material is wrapped in aluminum and is not easy to be electrolyzed. The galvanized sheet is cut, and it will rust soon when the cut edge basically loses its protection. Therefore, the galvanized sheet should be cut as little as possible. Once cut, the edge should be protected with anti-rust paint or zinc-rich paint to make it The service life of the plate is extended[1]
